January 2015 Construction Start Planned for 300-key Hard Rock Hotel Dallas-Fort Worth

October 16, 2014 - Hard Rock International - owner of one of the world's most iconic and recognized brands - announces Hard Rock Hotel Dallas-Fort Worth, located in the newly announced The Grand Alps Village development in Grand Prairie, Texas, future home to the most advanced indoor snow facility in the world. The 300-room, Hard Rock managed hotel will include 86 rooms overlooking the indoor ski facility, a rooftop pool complex and two world-renowned Rock Star Suites. Construction is scheduled to begin for the $400 million property in January 2015 and the hotel is projected to open in January 2018.
