In his new position, Gautier will take charge of Noble House's strategic planning, as well as many aspects of day-to-day operations.

With more than 24 years of experience, Gautier has held multiple management positions throughout his career, including rooms director, general manager, director of revenue, regional director and VP of revenue management, with expertise in re-positioning, takeovers, and opening new hotels. Prior to Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Gautier worked for Aston Hotels & Resorts, Interstate Hotels and Joie de Vivre Hotels, respectively. He studied at Mesa College in San Diego and University of Hawaii-Honolulu.
