October 6, 2014 - Crystal Investment Property, LLC, a member of Hotel Brokers International, announced the successful sale of the Cle Elum Travelers Inn in Cle Elum, Washington. Crystal Investment Property, LLC, a licensed Washington State broker, represented both parties in the sale. Joseph P. Kennedy, President of CIP, worked closely with the Seller and Buyer to negotiate a mutually acceptable sale. The final sale price was $880,000 with the Buyer planning to continue the Seller's strong track record of ongoing improvements.

Located at 1001 East 1st Street, the hotel is well situated in the heart of town with easy access to Interstate-90. The region offers year round recreational opportunities including downhill skiing, hiking and fishing in numerous lakes and streams yet is only 90 minutes from the Seattle Metro area.
