Meisel Holdings Acquires Three Old Town Key West, Florida Motels

KEY WEST, FL - September 8, 2014 - Meisel Holdings of Rockville, Maryland, completed the purchase of the Southwinds Motel, Spindrift Motel and Ocean Breeze Inn in today.

The Ocean Breeze Inn and Southwinds Motel will be combined into one entity operating as Southwinds Motel, while the Spindrift Motel will continue to operate as a separate facility one block away. The Southwinds Motel, Spindrift Motel and Ocean Breeze Inn are all located in the heart of Old Town one block from Key West's famous Duval Street.

Meisel Holdings is no stranger to the Key West hospitality market. The principals have been involved in purchasing, developing, repositioning and operating of several hotel properties in Key West over the last 25 years.
