Chesapeake Hospitality Hires Four Senior Team Members

New Regional Director of Sales, Cash Management Coordinator and Two Senior Staff Accountants

GREENBELT, MD - April 1, 2014 - Chesapeake Hospitality, one of the country's fastest growing third-party hotel management companies, announced today that it has added Stephanie Hoffer as regional director of sales, Michelle Dirickson as cash management coordinator, and Donna Harvin and Sharon Antonelli as senior staff accountants. Kim Sims, president of Chesapeake Hospitality, made the announcement.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, management and sales, Hoffer will serve as regional director of sales at Chesapeake's Greenbelt office. Most recently, she served as regional director of sales and marketing for Pollin Miller Hospitality Strategies, where she oversaw the revenue and sales efforts of 18 full and select service hotels including Hilton, Starwood, Choice, and Marriott brands.

The additions of Dirickson, Harvin and Antonelli to the Finance and Accounting team will help facilitate streamlined processes within the corporate office while laying the groundwork for future growth. In their new roles, Dirickson will be responsible for effectively managing bank accounts administered on behalf of Chesapeake's owners and corporate administration, while Harvin and Antonelli will oversee property related accounting functions, corporate accounting and human resources support. “We recognized a strategic opportunity to develop our Finance and Accounting team, a move that will help us elevate our operations and provide the most efficient financial analysis for our owners,” said Sims. “Michelle, Donna and Sharon will be valuable members of our team and vital resources for our continued aggressive growth efforts moving forward.”
