Company Announces 12-Month Production Gains for Member Hotels and Adds Two Resorts to Preferred Boutique Brand

CHICAGO - March 21, 2014 - Preferred Hotel Group™, a global provider of sales, marketing, and distribution services to independent luxury hotels, today announced several achievements that demonstrate the company's growing presence in Central America. Over the past 12 months, Preferred Hotel Group has generated a 31 percent increase in reservations revenue and a 24 percent increase in room nights on behalf of its member hotels in Central America, compared to the same time period in 2012. In addition, the company marked strong gains for its Preferred Boutique brand with the addition of two hotels to the portfolio over the past two months: Pelican Eyes Resort and Spa (Nicaragua) and El Mangroove (Costa Rica).
