PLANTATION, FLORIDA - March 20, 2014 - Waramaug LS Hotels, a privately held investment group, announced today they have acquired the 156-key limited service hotel, in Plantation, Florida serving a dynamic submarket of Fort Lauderdale. This is Warmaug LS Hotel's fourth acquisition in the last six months.
Fully renovated in 2011, the Holiday Inn Express is ideally located with convenient accessibility to all the local area's leading demand drivers and top performing businesses.
