CANCUN, Mexico, - December 29, 2011 - Just in time for holiday travel, Villa del Palmar Cancun unveiled the highly anticipated third and final phase of the resort on December 23. Phase three of this five-star hotel on serene Playa Mujeres in Cancun, Mexico adds 137 more rooms, bringing the final count to 415 luxurious guest rooms. New food and beverage options include Hiroshi, an Asian restaurant featuring a sleek sushi bar and al fresco dining; Davino, a gourmet Italian restaurant; as well as the Lobby Bar, the perfect place to meet over casual drinks. The resort has also welcomed a new and upgraded version of the guest favorite Palmita Market, at a sprawling 4,800 square feet and offering personal items, wines, grab-and-go food items, beach toys and a gelato shop. These new additions provide even more variety to the resort's culinary options, bringing the total to four restaurants serving a variety of Mexican and international cuisine, as well as seven bars including a popular Tiki beach bar that serves cold tropical drinks.
