Enchantment Group Names Victoria Strubbe Leisure Sales Manager
Sedona, Arizona - December 23, 2011 - Enchantment Group, the award-winning luxury resort development and management company based in Scottsdale, AZ, has announced Victoria Strubbe as Leisure Sales Manager. In her new role, Strubbe is responsible for overall sales efforts, as well as devising and executing innovative strategies in the leisure segment for Enchantment Group.
As Leisure Sales Manager, Victoria Strubbe possesses a unique combination of knowledge and success in sales, marketing, negotiation and management within the luxury leisure market. She also has a positive work ethic and experience with media buying and planning - each a key attribute for maximizing value for Enchantment Group and its clients.

Prior to joining Enchantment Group, Strubbe spent two years as Leisure & Business Travel Sales Manager of the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, where she developed and maintained relationships with FHR, Virtuoso and Signature and local negotiated business travel accounts. Previously, Strubbe spent close to three years as a Media Buyer/Planner for RMG Marketing in Phoenix and a full year as Hospitality Manager of Evening Entertainment Group in Scottsdale.
A native of Chicago, Strubbe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University in Tempe. She resides in Phoenix.
