Daniele Trombacco Named DoSM Eden Roc at Cap Cana

Property by Solaya Hotels & Resorts to be Unveiled - February 2012

PUNTA CANA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC - December 22, 2011 - Daniele Trombacco has been named Director of Sales and Marketing of Eden Roc at Cap Cana. The resort, a member of Leading Hotels of the World, is the first property by Solaya Hotels & Resorts and scheduled to be unveiled February 2012.

“I’m ready and eager to enter this new chapter of my career,” said Trombacco. “Upon it’s completion, Eden Roc at Capa Cana will redefine the Dominican Republic’s travel industry. I’m honored to fill this position and dedicated to helping deliver the best luxury experiences possible for our guests.”

Trombacco brings luxury experience, deep familiarization with the hospitality industry and great enthusiasm to his new position. In his new post, Trombacco will oversee and implement all marketing and public relations initiatives as well as transient and group sales. Trombacco was most recently Director of Sales for the The Waldorf Astoria in Rome.

Prior to that, Trombacco held various positions in the European hospitality industry including Account Director for The Rome Cavalieri and Cluster Conference & Events Manager for the Hilton Rome Airport. Trombacco began his career in the hospitality industry as the Front Desk Clerk for the Marghera Spa in Rome.
