Featuring 208-seats of indoor and outdoor dining space, guests will now enjoy inventive American cuisine with global influences in a newly redesigned setting. Contemporary oak tables and leather seating adorn the dining room space, including a new 'Chef's Table,' ideal for the restaurant's exceptional Friday buffet or an intimate private event. A large fireplace, constructed with natural stones and rich woods, acts as the focal point for the room. Outdoor dining will now offer large-scale umbrellas. An ideal respite from the day's endless outdoor activities, the new Sierra Cafe will continue to offer gorgeous views of the beautiful natural scenery of the verdant forest and mountainside.
