Stonebridge Companies to Manage Two Holiday Inn Brands at Denver Airport
Denver, CO - August 25, 2010 - Stonebridge Companies, a progressive hospitality management company based in Englewood, Colorado, has been selected by Stoneridge Capital Partners, a private real estate investment company based in Newport Beach, California to manage their newly acquired Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Denver Airport and the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Denver Airport. Both hotels, built in 2009, are located on Tower Road at Denver International Airport (DIA). They provide convenient and easy access to this major transportation hub and the myriad attractions and businesses in the region, making them an ideal place for both business and leisure guests to stay while departing for, or returning from, a business or leisure trip.
This is the first transaction between Stonebridge Companies and Stoneridge Capital Partners.
