Homewood Opens in Madison, WI
BEVERLY HILLS, CA, October 29, 2008. Homewood Suites by Hilton, the international brand of all-suite, residential-style hotels, today announced the opening of its newest property in Madison, Wisconsin. The 122-suite hotel is a joint venture project between The North Central Group and Raymond Management Company, both of Madison, Wisconsin. With Raymond serving as developer and construction manager, The North Central Group fulfills the role of carrying out operational duties and day-to-day management of the hotel.
