Don Hay is Founder and CEO of Digital Alchemy, a leading Hospitality CRM company. Mr. Hay has been on both sides of the hospitality industry as CIO for a $2.4 billion resort company and now founder of the premier Hospitality-specific e-Marketing company, Digital Alchemy.  Prior to founding Digital Alchemy, Mr. Hay was responsible for major portions of design and prototyping for current and next-generation missiles and assisted marketing efforts for several new programs for the US Defense Industry.

In 1990 he earned an MBA from The University of Dallas and graduated Summa Cum Laude. After he left the Defense Industry 1993 as a Senior Design Engineer on top-secret missile programs, Mr. Hay formed a hospitality technology consulting company in Dallas, Texas.

In 1995 Mr. Hay joined KSL Recreation Corporation, a hospitality company with clients that included Doral in Miami and Grand Wailea in Maui.  He was responsible for technology, data-related strategic planning and implementation.  Some of the strategic initiatives turned out to be unavailable given the technology level of the systems that are common within the industry, which prompted the founding of Digital Alchemy in 2000.

In just five years Digital Alchemy has become the leader in hospitality CRM and has signed properties as diverse as Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Vail and Rock Resorts, Loews Hotels and Hard Rock Hotels.

The company and Mr. Hay's family are located in Fort Worth, Texas.  His wife of 25 years Linda has blessed them with three children.  Peter (25) is a nuclear engineer in the US Navy, Erika (22) is completing her Masters in Nursing at Liberty University in Virginia while working in the cardio vascular recovery unit of Lynchburg General hospital and Reagan (8) is majoring in trampoline.
